The Platinum Series homes allow clients to choose from a pre-designed set of sizes and plans.

The DCHGlobal Building system allows the customization of the Platinum Series Homes with elevated or slab on grade floors, exterior decks, a car port or garage, interior finishes, fixtures, appliances, type of glass, and level of LEED designation.

Optima DCHGlobal, Inc. manages the Sales/Contract, Design/Documentation/Permitting, Construction, and the Closing processes with our clients.
